Conservatories Custom

I am looking to custom my major: dance and creative writing?

is there a program anyone knows of that might be similar to this? I am looking for examples to present to my advisor. I want to study dance next year with the Conservatory but also be able to do creative writing. I just want to explore more options in college but I need a way to make that sound convincible. I figured it could be great down the line to do dance critiques/art critiques and still be able to dance for fun. hmm i dunno.. opinions?

Sounds like English or creative writing would be your minor program of study while Dance is your major; or you could do a double major. What you have available will really depend on what school you are attending.

I would suggest that you tell your advisor exactly what you said in your question. If you know that is what you want, if you had the choice to do anything, then you should do it. If you compromise and try to accommodate other people's opinions, you will end up on the wrong track: someone else's. Your advisor should be the one providing you with information to make your decision, you shouldn't be in the business of convincing them of anything.
